our stay at the apartment in rotorua was absolutely perfect. the owners thoughtfully preheated the beds with electric blankets, and the location was ideal, close to a great chinese restaurant and everything else. the late checkout was a nice touch, and the price was very reasonable. highly recommend!

The apartment itself was spacious and clean located just off Rotorua and shops and the centre. I had a warm welcome from the owner. I had superior property with the electric blankets on to preheat the beds. Loved a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets, available in the bathroom.

Very short walk to the centre of town. Very quiet location.
No swimming pool. Spa pools are good however.

As party people, we loved that Rose Apartments Unit 6 had all the facilities we needed for a great time. the modern decor and tidy unit made us feel right at home. the keyless entry system and security lights outside gave us peace of mind. Being close to town made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local nightlife. the unit was warm, cosy, and well-equipped, creating the perfect atmosphere for a party getaway.
We felt very well looked after at Rose Apartments Unit 6. No complaints whatsoever.

We were amazed at how clean and sparkling the apartment was, especially the bathroom and appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home with all the comforts, like Netflix and electric blankets. The check-in process was a breeze thanks to the friendly host. We would definitely stay here again! The location is so convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The keyless entry system and security lights added an extra level of comfort. The unit was well-equipped and perfect for our family of four. Despite a minor WiFi issue, everything else about this apartment was wonderful. We also appreciated the prompt email with the door code and the preheated beds. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place for a nice, quiet getaway.
